Chiara | Apprentice for office management

Please introduce yourself briefly: Who are you and how did you come to iSYS?

Hi, I’m Chiara and I’ve been part of the iSYS team since the beginning of September 2022. I graduated from high school in July 2021 and then did an FSJ in a kindergarten for disabled children. However, as I love organising and planning, it was clear to me that I didn’t want to stay in the social sector and wanted to find a job in an office instead. I chose an apprenticeship because of my preference for practical learning. I found iSYS by chance through a job advertisement and it immediately became my favourite. I was all the more pleased when I received an invitation to an interview a week later. After this interview, I had a good gut feeling and I realised: if I was going to work here, it would be at iSYS! And so, confident and optimistic as I am, I cancelled all further interviews. My gut feeling was confirmed in the second interview, which ended with a signed contract.

What are your tasks at iSYS?

My tasks are varied. From customer service and accounting to personnel matters and incoming orders, everything is included.

What excites you most about your job?

Definitely the organisation behind the individual tasks. I write a new to-do list every day. Being able to tick these off step by step throughout the day makes me incredibly happy.

What can new team members expect when they join iSYS?

So many nice employees and a beautiful workplace. I was welcomed so warmly by everyone here. It’s a very pleasant working atmosphere and a friendly atmosphere. If you need help, someone is always there for you.

What do you do in your free time?

I’ve been playing tennis in my spare time for 12 years and when I’m not on the tennis court, I’m trying out the many restaurants in Munich. I’ve also discovered hand lettering and calligraphy since corona.
