Develop pioneering software – and yourself!
Working alongside your studies offers you many advantages. You gain practical experience early on and learn how to apply your theoretical knowledge from your studies directly in practice. You work in a team and always have contacts at iSYS who can help you or even just give you a push in the right direction. It’s all about problem-solving skills and moving things forward. That will get you ahead!
Working Students
Work part-time during the semester to gain work experience alongside your studies? Increase your hours for a while during the semesters to learn and earn more? Not working at all during the exam period? It’s all possible with us!
Compulsory internships
Pretty theoretical? The compulsory university internship can help. We offer you the opportunity to spend a full-time semester with us at the iSYS Academy to really get to know the software development process and all its phases.
Final theses
Many of our students write their theses at iSYS. Some came to us with a topic just for that reason. We have already supervised dozens of Bachelor’s and Master’s theses and know what is important. And we like to learn.

iSYS Academy
Where theory meets practice
Since July 2022, we have had the iSYS Academy, a team of trainees, working students and young professionals who plan, implement and continuously develop in-house applications. The basic idea behind this is to provide practical training that offers concrete insights into specific fields of application.
iSYS Technology Lab
One step ahead of the future
At the iSYS Technology Lab, we are often one step ahead of the future. Our primary goal is to recognise trends and opportunities at an early stage and evaluate them within a secure framework. In this way, we create the basis for well-founded business decisions.
Our students benefit from this:
