iSYS wins Feneberg Lebensmittel GmbH as a new customer

iSYS continues to expand its cross-industry network of renowned brands and strong partners. With Feneberg Lebensmittel GmbH, we have now gained a new customer that we can support in the ‘Business Intelligence & Analytics’ division with our many years of know-how and extensive expertise in its exciting projects.

Feneberg Lebensmittel GmbH was founded almost 75 years ago and is still an owner-managed family business today, run by Christof and Hannes Feneberg. Due to its regional roots, Feneberg still embodies the values of home, quality and trust. With its own brand and production facilities, Feneberg is strongly committed to regionally produced food.

iSYS is supporting Feneberg in restructuring its technical infrastructure. A completely new reporting and analysis landscape based on Qlik Sense is being set up, which aims to be a single point of truth for data and KPI definitions. In the first iteration step, the reports relevant for controlling (such as P&L and balance sheet reports) of the complete Feneberg hierarchy are realised. In addition, employee reports are also to be created in order to achieve greater transparency with regard to the profitability and personnel planning of the individual sales outlets. In this context, a completely new access and authorisation concept is also being developed, which enables or restricts access to the existing database depending on the user role.
