iSYS Mentoring – Sharing knowledge & experience

Joining a new company is a major challenge, especially for young people. For this reason, we have launched the iSYS mentoring programme, which aims to help new employees get off to a smooth start with us.

Our mentorship programme helps you to find your feet with us and supports you in expanding your own internal network.

Why is mentoring important?

Mentoring is a proven method of imparting knowledge, building trust and facilitating the integration of new employees. It offers mentees the opportunity to benefit from the experience and insights of experienced colleagues, while mentors can further develop their leadership and coaching skills. How does the iSYS mentoring programme work?

Our mentoring programme at iSYS is based on the idea that experienced employees share their knowledge and experience with new colleagues to support their induction. New colleagues, whether in technical, administrative or other areas, are assigned experienced mentors to assist them with questions, concerns and challenges. The mentors serve as contacts, advisors and supporters and help the mentees to find their way around our corporate culture and realise their full potential.
