How iSYS supports the compatibility of family and career

For 30 years now, World Family Day has been drawing attention to the importance of the family in society. Among other things, the focus is on how everyday family life can be reconciled with working life.

Around half of our employees are currently looking after their own children alongside their jobs. Family friendliness has been a high priority for our company since it was founded. We take various initiatives to support our employees in combining family and career.

Flexible working hours

Our employees can organise their working hours flexibly. This means that visits to the doctor with the children or their own parents can be easily integrated into the working day.

Flexible holiday management

Flexible holiday planning enables our employees to spend more time with their families. For example, their own holidays can be adapted to coincide with school holidays or important anniversaries.

Home-Office

All our employees have the option of working from home. This allows them to better organise their work around their family’s needs.

Individual re-entry

After parental leave, our employees can decide for themselves when and how many hours they want to return to work. We endeavour to find a suitable solution for everyone.

Kindergarten supplement

To support our employees with children, we pay them a supplement for childcare in daycare centres and kindergartens.

With the help of regular feedback from our employees, we are constantly working to make our working environment even more family-friendly.
