With a total of 4.5 out of 5 possible rating stars and a recommendation rate of 83%, we are once again among the top 5% of top-rated companies.

What is kununu?

On the employer platform kununu.com, companies are rated by (former) employees and applicants based on various criteria, such as working atmosphere, corporate culture or variety of tasks. Up to five stars can be awarded in each category. The companies with the best overall rating have been awarded the ‘Top Company’ award since 2015. The criteria for awarding the seal have been tightened since 2021. Only 5% of all companies now receive this award.

The ‘Top Company’ seal from kununu is the best-known employer seal in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. An outstanding feature of this seal of approval is that it is awarded on the basis of individual employee ratings on the official company profiles. Thanks to this data-based and independent method of awarding the seal, kununu can ensure an authentic assessment of the respective company presentation.

Why is this award important to us?

Receiving the ‘Top Company’ seal of approval is very important to us, as it represents external confirmation of our efforts in terms of employee satisfaction and workplace quality. It shows that we are not only successful in our business, but also create a positive and healthy working environment in which our employees feel comfortable and can realise their full potential.
