The ConfigLoader serves as a tool to synchronise the parameterisation of different application environments. It enables fully automated environment parameterisation and a state-of-the-art continuous integration (CI) process.

The challenge

Complexity of the CALYPSO platform
The CALYPSO platform is complex and comprises a large number of financial products in the middle and back office area, which made the implementation of a new tool for environment parameterisation difficult.
Integration into existing infrastructure
The integration of the iSYS ConfigLoader tool into Unicredit’s existing infrastructure required careful planning and customisation to avoid compatibility issues.
Training and acceptance
Training the Unicredit team in the use and management of the new tool and ensuring its acceptance and effective application was also a challenge.
Continuous maintenance and support
Providing ongoing technical support and maintenance for the iSYS ConfigLoader tool during the project and beyond required efficient resource planning and response to issues as they arose.
