New webinar: ‘DORA in implementation practice: from governance to technology’

The webinar offers a well-founded and practical insight into the two decisive points of DORA implementation: legal requirements and technical implementation.
Content of the webinar:
The requirements of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) are no longer dreams of the future – especially in the area of governance, the financial institutions with a direct obligation have already taken significant measures: strategies, guidelines and policies have been formulated, created and adopted. Processes have been set up. In the meantime, the ICT third-party service providers, which are a particular focus under DORA, have at least been contractually obligated by the financial institutions or are currently in negotiations to do so. But DORA does not end on paper.
In our joint presentation, we will show how to bridge the gap between regulatory or contractual requirements and technical implementation. What specific technical measures are required? Which tools, processes and control mechanisms need to be implemented? And how can compliance – whether regulatory or contractual – be operationalised sustainably?
We provide answers to the following questions:
- Which regulatory requirements of the DORA are to be implemented and how can this be done in practice, particularly with regard to technical measures and solutions.
- How do you maintain your company’s own regulations in the long term: training, audits, reporting
- What measures should be implemented by the ICT third-party service providers?
- What technological challenges do the new requirements entail?
- What do concrete measures look like in practice?
- What opportunities can be utilised through the implementation of DORA
