Rana | Business Intelligence Consultant

Please introduce yourself briefly: Who are you and how did you come to iSYS?

I work in the Business Intelligence team as a BI Consultant. I originally studied mathematics and later completed my Master’s degree at Munich University of Applied Sciences, with a Master’s degree in Data Analytics from Munich University of Applied Sciences. I discovered my job at iSYS on the company website, where the exact position I was looking for in Business Intelligence was advertised.

What are your tasks at iSYS?

In my role as a BI consultant at iSYS, my main tasks include designing and developing BI solutions, supporting our customers in the implementation of their projects and participating in research activities in the BI field.

What excites you most about your job?

I find it very exciting to gain concrete insights into the different data structures of various companies. No two companies are the same, and that makes every project unique for us.

What can new team members expect when they join iSYS?

iSYS attaches great importance to teamwork and open dialogue, which is encouraged by regular team events and joint leisure activities. In addition, iSYS offers the opportunity to work from home, which is particularly advantageous for those who live outside the city.

And finally: What do you do in your free time?

In my free time, I like to meet up with friends and often travel to get to know new cultures and people. I also enjoy power walking in nature and spontaneously reading about a wide variety of topics that pique my interest.
