The challenge

eep Energieconsulting submitted several hundred grid connection applications for its customers every year – each to a different grid operator, with different forms, field descriptions and requirements. Manual processing was not only time-consuming, but also prone to errors. Employees constantly had to familiarize themselves with new formats and laboriously transfer information. Automation was hardly possible as there were no uniform standards. A smart solution was needed that was flexible, scalable and intelligent enough to handle this complexity – without having to completely rethink the process.

The solution

Merging data with RAG and LLM
By using Retrieval Augmented Generation and a powerful Large Language Model, our AI can contextually merge information from customer data and network operator forms. It recognizes fields, interprets content and automatically suggests suitable entries.
Data sovereignty thanks to in-house AI
The system runs entirely on our own in-house AI infrastructure. An integrated LLM and RAG mechanism enable secure, fast and context-sensitive processing directly in the browser. This means that everything remains data protection-compliant, high-performance and completely under our own control.
Integration via browser extension
Thanks to a customized browser extension, the AI assistant integrates seamlessly into the energy expert’s workflow. No time-consuming context switching – everything happens in the browser.
