iSYS develops an AI tendering assistant

In collaboration with our client, we have developed an AI-powered tendering assistant that significantly simplifies and speeds up the process of preparing tenders for complex specifications. The aim is to reduce the significant amount of manual work involved in the tendering process and to provide noticeable relief for staff in their day-to-day operations.

In many companies, tendering is part of day-to-day business – and yet it is also one of the most time-consuming processes there is. Specifications often run to several hundred pages, come in a variety of formats, and must be analysed with precision under considerable time pressure.

The result is that highly qualified specialists spend a large proportion of their time on repetitive, manual tasks instead of focusing on value-adding activities.

It was precisely this challenge that led to the development of our AI-powered tendering assistant, created in close collaboration with one of our long-standing clients.

The challenge: a significant workload under intense time pressure

The tender preparation process is typically characterised by a number of structural challenges:

In practice, this combination quickly leads to companies reaching their capacity limits – and consequently being unable to capitalise on market opportunities.

The solution: the AI-powered tendering assistant

Our system supports teams throughout the entire tendering process and automates the most time-consuming steps.

Dabei bleibt klar: Die KI unterstützt, ersetzt aber keine Fachkräfte.

The final review and approval remain the responsibility of the specialist departments.

The process in practice

To make the benefits tangible in day-to-day operations, the use of the AI tendering assistant can be broken down into clearly structured steps.

This transforms a complex, manual process into a clearly structured and significantly more efficient workflow.

Added value for your business

Implementing this solution delivers tangible benefits:

This creates a clear competitive advantage, particularly when dealing with complex tenders.
