How family and career can be combined at iSYS

Around half of iSYS employees are currently combining family and career, looking after their children or caring for their parents. As an employer, iSYS has therefore been very committed to providing its employees with the best possible support in this major challenge from the outset.

The combination of flexible and trust-based working hours is a key aspect of this. In principle, employees can organise their working hours as they wish. Starting later or shifting work to another day is therefore usually not a problem. In addition, the recording of working hours is based on trust: employees enter their working hours into the corresponding time recording system on their own responsibility.

Even before Covid-19, working from home was common practice at iSYS. Even after the pandemic has subsided, iSYS will retain this option. Employees should work wherever they are needed – even if that is within their own four walls. That’s why iSYS is always open to the needs and wishes of its employees.

This much is certain: the family is and will remain the centre of many people’s lives – and so it should continue to be integrated into iSYS’s everyday working life in the best possible way in the future.
